Brief Answer:
get your stool examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having your symptoms due to inflammatory bowel disease which may be due to infection in the gastrointestinal tract. I would advise that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with a probiotic and a digestive enzyme preparation. These are over the counter medicines and easily available. A stool examination will help in planning further medical management.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
