Question : I have a discharge after a bowel movement and also sometimes after it I suffer with ibs as well

Hi,

The discharge can be mucus from the bowel. If your doctor is unsure get the microscopy examination of the discharge to understand whether it is from prostate or mucus of the colon.

That will help to understand the nature of the problem there by the cause of the problem. Since you have IBS it should not be left untreated.
A Gastroenterologist will be able to find the difference.
