Brief Answer:
?? Allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. With your symptoms of a congested nose especially in the mornings
with some blood with your mucus when you blow your nose I suspect a diagnosis of allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis.

I suspect it to be an allergy and could most probably be something new like a new pillow, a new rub, a new curtain, blanket, duvet, etc.

The bleed is most probably only minute and is mainly because you have been blowing your nose which causes the irritate and possibly inflamed inner lining in your nose to get further irritate by the blowing and bleed minutely.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Yes sir, identify the cause and remove it

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

If it is allergic, which I am guessing it is sir; then you would know better which new item in your room or surroundings is causing the symptoms. And once the item is removed, the symptoms will disappear, so the answer to your question is a Yes.

Yes, it is some thing that will go away on its own if the allergen (root cause for your symptoms is removed). But until you find the cause, you can use an over-the-counter anti-histamine (anti-allergy medication) like cetrizine, levocetrizine, pheniramine, loratadine, etc.

Best wishes sir.
