Brief Answer:
Normal thyroid function.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

I read carefully tests and ultrasound reports.

In my opinion, it is multinodular goiter with unaffected thyroid hormones function and production.

Total WBC count is between normal ranges, so I don't think it is information.

If no cosmetic problems, or no neck compression ( small goiter), only periodic follow up is sufficient.

If your Doctor thinks it is information going on, treatment consists in Aspirin or Corticosteroid drugs.

You need diet modification too. These include Iodised salt, and excluding from diet broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower.

Hope this helps. Wishing you good health.

Thanks for your response. This situation can become normal with Medication. It is not a serious issue, right? Also, can you please check the other information in blood test reports. Is everything oK?

Brief Answer:
Follow up needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking back.

Goiter is considered a benign condition related to Iodine deficient intake.

However, a low possibility of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism transformation exists, so periodic follow up needed.

Other results of blood tests is okay.

Hope this answers your question. Best regards.
