Possibility of lipoma or bony swellings
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and images and understand your concerns.
The images are not showing any overlying skin changes so possibility of infective etiology is ruled out.
Other causes of multiple swelling over scalp may be subcutaneous tissue related or bony in nature. If the swelling is soft to firm then possibility of lipoma may be there.
Bony swelling has to be investigated by neuroimaging (CT head) and metabolic blood parameters ( vitamin D3, serum calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphate, parathyroid hormone).
You need to visit a physician or surgeon who can examine you and advise proper line of investigation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Requires palpation by a dermatologist or surgeon
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Possibility of sebaceous cyst can also be there if the overlying swelling has absent hair follicles. The consistency is usually firm.
It will be better if it is palpated by a dermatologist or surgeon for assessing true nature and content of swelling.
