Brief Answer:
Your blood sugar level must be under-control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Main cause of cramps in your case is diabetes.

Your blood sugar level must be under-control.

Second thing is get your serum calcium, potassium, sodium levels done and send me the report.

Because it has been proved that in some cases low levels of calcium or potassium levels are triggering cramps.

It is important to stretch or warm up before participating in sports and exercising.

Make sure that you should always drink enough liquid to avoid dehydration. Your body loses more water when physically active, so increase your liquid intake when you exercise.

You can take tab. thiocolchicoside+aceclofenac two times a day for 7 days then 3 times a day for another week, multivitamin and calcium supplements by discussing it with your doctor.

You can also increase your calcium and potassium intake naturally by eating foods such as milk, bananas, and orange juice.

Have balanced diet.

Do stretching exercises as uploaded on you tube.

Do yoga, morning walk daily.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
