Brief Answer:
Symptoms directly related to kidney disease/CKD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,

I understand your concern.

The need for Mental Health care in your as of now is little.

Many of your symptoms are related to kidney ailments.

Many kidney diseases cause all the symptoms which you mentioned.

Crystal Nephropathy can lead to chronic kidney disease-CKD.

The feet symptoms probably result from Metabolic Neuropathy.

For better assessment of your clinical picture,I advise you to go for the following tests.

1.Renal Ultrasound.
2.Complete urine examination.
3.Blood Urea,Serum Creatinine and Serum ELectrolytes.
4.ECG.
5.2D echocardiogram of heart.

Once these results are out,we can formulate the appropriate treatment guidelines.

Consultation with a Nephrologist and Cardiologist will be most helpful.

Review with reports.

Thank you.
