Question : I've not been sleeping well so this might just be exhaustion but here are my symptoms. I felt a little spasm on the top of my head and the area still feels strange. About an hour later feeling tired i suddenly felt a wave down my right arm like tingling. My right arm aches a little now. Is this exhaustion? Should i go to the hospital? Took the FAST test and passed but also took an aspirin.

I have gone through your query. You seem to be describing myoclonic jerks or simple muscle twitching. I do not think it to be a cause for concern. It might sometimes be associated with sleep although it is not a definite sign of exhaustion. However, muscle exhaustion is indeed a possibility to consider and in such a case taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits should help since they contain plenty of potassium which is essential for effective muscle contraction. Try that and if that does not help, visit a doctor.
