Brief Answer:
May be having lumbar spondylitis with neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You have already excluded kidney stones. You may be having lumbar spondylitis with neuropathy. You can get x ray and MRI of lumbar spine to confirm it. Glucosamine and Methylcobalamin are helpful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If ibuprofen is not effective then strong analgesic such as tramadol can be taken. You may also exclude vitamin D deficiency by getting vitamin D levels and if found low its suppliments ( vitamin D3) can be taken. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
