Brief Answer:
Sounds like OSA

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I will be glad to be of help.
I have read your symptoms.
And they seem to be indicative of a condition called sleep apnea.
Unfortunately, the perfect way of diagnosing this condition is not easily available.
You may need to get a sleep study done.
The treatment would depend upon the severity.
Usually sleeping on to the side helps.
Also, avoiding alcohol prior to sleeping helps.
If all else fails, BiPAP may be needed.
Surgery is the final option.
I hope that the information helps.
Please feel free to contact me for further details.
