What Causes Muscle Weakness And Inflammation With Anxiety?

Need a team approach and detailed evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern also that MRIs and CT were norml in the past. Few questions to ask.
1) Do you have episodic palpitations and sweating along with these symptoms?
2) Any flushing?
3) Are you using any medicines now including naturopathy medications.
4) have you tested thyroid functions?
Your symptoms could be caused by Thyroid disorders, Pheochromocytoma or simple anxiety or panic disorder. You need a team approach by an endocriologist, psychologist and a psychiatrist. They may need to talk to you in detail and examine you and formulate a plan.
Please google Pheochromocytoma and let me know if any of your symptoms fit in to the symptoms of pheochromocytoma.

A suggestion
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the reply.
It is worth while doing few tests.
1) 24 hour urine Metanephrines and Plasma Metanephrines
2) Urine 5 HIAA levels
If these tests are normal, a psychology/psychiatry consultation should be considered. You may feel better by a mild anti anxiety medication together with Yoga/meditation.
Occasional SPA treatments and medicated oil body massages may help as well. Another thing to consider is to take a small holiday away to a quite little scenic place where you do bit f walking/fishing etc. All these may help you

Definitely worth it
Detailed Answer:
Yes. That would be a great idea. An endocrinology evaluation is surely worth it
Wish you good luck
