evaluation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
I can understand your concern about your sister's health.
The mute behaviour of a patient can be due to brain TB but it must be proved and a lot of other diseases should be ruled out before you continue the TB you must get an MRI of brain and a Lumbar puncture CSF test for this purpose.
She should be examined by a physician or a neurologist and plan the treatment as per the findings.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
