Hello,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think that might sweats for 45 days can be related to this dry cough that has recently started. You are not having fever oxygen saturation and heart rate are within normal range so infection is excluded.
The dry cough may be related to allergies which are much common in this season. The night sweats can be related to menopause or pre-menopause if you are around 50. Also hyperthyroidism can cause night sweats so a check up of thyroid is needed.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further. Thanks.
