Brief Answer:
It is due to gastritis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is due to dyspeptic symptoms caused by gastritis.
You can try the following for symptomatic relief.
1. Take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole once daily basis preferably in the empty stomach thirty minutes before breakfast.
2. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Quit smoking and restrict the use of alcohol as it can worsen the symptoms.
3.Take sucralfate syrups five ml twice a day which prevent bloating and burning sensation.
4.Include more fiber rich foods in your diet to smoothen the bowel movements. You can use laxatives like lactulose if constipation persist.
It the symptoms persist even after these measures, you have to consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done.

Wishing you good health.
