Brief Answer:
try applying pressure. Does he have any cold?

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
You mentioned that your child is having nasal bleed.
I need more information
1. Does he have any.cold or fever, if so for how many days?
2. Is this the first time or did have similar episodes before?
3. Did he fall or had any injury?
If your child is otherwise healthy and did not have similar episode in the past, don't worry.
You can pinch his nose at the lowermost end both together for a few minutes.
This will stop bleeding.
However if bleeding continues even intermittently it is better to show him to your pediatrician to get his nostrils examined for any injury
Get back with further information.
There could be multiple reasons commonest being nose picking and trauma.
However there could be other reasons like low platelets which can happen in viral fever.
Avoid using any nasal drops.
Wishing your child good health.

Bleeding for the second time needs full evaluation.
