What Causes Nasal Congestion During The Night?

Question: Dear sir, We live in humid area near seashore. Generally in monsoon in night when I sleep my nose remains clean and comfort but in the morning when I get up little mucus remains in my nose... of couser It does not affect much more in my respiration and after once or twice cleanaing again whole day remains fine. Is there any advice to do something or some nasal spray by which this can be prevented.

By your history, I don't think you are having very severe nasal congestion. So no need to take nasal spray.
You will improve with antihistamine (levocetrizine) one daily at night time before bed.
Along with levocetrizine, you should also do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
