Brief Answer:
Most probably upper airway infection; symptopatic management will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Most common cause of nasal congestion (nose clog) is respiratory tract infection. In most cases its an earlier sign. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following measures:

> Xylometazoline HCl nasal spray. One puff in each nostril twice a day for 3 days
> cetirizine one at night for 2 days.
> Montelukast one daily for one month. Research has shown that it decreases the congestion symptoms considerably.

Meanwhile take boiling water in a pot, put your head over the steam and cover whole with a sheet. Take deep breaths in it.(Avoid getting closer else it might cause burn). Do this in the evening for 2-3 days. It gives soothing effect and is very effective for nasal congestion.

Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days BUT if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital and get an appointment for an ENT specialist for further workup that will include ENT examination, followed by X-ray PNS for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you a good health !!
