Question : I have a sore throat and both nose plugged but I don't have a fever or a cold.. the pain of the throat is very similar with when you accidentally drinked water up your nose.. when I try to blow my nose my ear act like I am in a different altitude..

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
Throat infection is due to the nasal congestion and post nasal dripping.
Take cefixime 200 twice daily
tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine combination twice daily
xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day
steam inhalation
Use hexidine gargles.
Take all for 5 days.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
