Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory infection possibly complicated with angina

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

This is Dr.Albana and I'm here to assist you finding the best solution.

As I was going through your medical history and the discussion you had with the other doctor, I can say that the swelling of neck lymph nodes is due to local infection.

As you're having nasal discharge and mouth odor, this makes me think of possible upper respiratory viral infection. I believe you might be having difficulty in swallowing or sore throat?
If yes, then, the viral infection could have been complicated with angina (tonsillitis) or pharyngitis that could have caused swallowed lump nodes.

It is temporary. It will settled in a few days.
I usually advise my patients to :
- gargle with warm water and salt
- gargle with olive oil
- apply honey on the mouth until totally melted
- oral spray can help
- take antiinflammatories meds
- if stomach burning or ache, take antacids

If it will last more than a couple of days or if you will have fever, should consult with your doctor as you might need to start prescription antibiotics.

Wish fast recovery.
