Question : nauseous, stomach cramp, tender lower extremity since last night, no alchol, scratchy throat

Hi,
Happy New Year!
You are reporting to have nausea, stomach cramps, scratchy throat. These symptoms are mainly related with acute viral infection.
At your situation I would suggest to :
- use warm chamomile tea with honey
- use acetaminophen and or/ pain killers
- use golapiol spray to relief throat pain
- take rest
- use antispastic drugs like Nospa, antacids, Prilosec to relief stomach cramps
- use Vit C
Usually it will past after a couple of days.
