Question : 1st Dose ever & 7 days on Boniva,in severe pain all over my body, feeling,bloated, nausea having chills, fever, severe burning in stomach and feel drained,muscle pain in legs, shoulders and neck, how can i get this drug out of my system

Hello
this happens commonly with this class of drug.
you can take a symptomatic medication like paracetamol or ibuprofen for a period of 5 days to a week and you will feel better .
The symptoms will recede over the next few days.
