Brief Answer:
Evaluate further if needed....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the reports and don't see any alarming changes. In my opinion the evaluation is not complete. However generally before I suggest for further investigation, I usually allow time to see response the response of proton pump inhibitor drugs. You are also put on one such medicine (Rabeprazole - rabemac DSR). If it isn't helping you, I would add domperidone to the list. You can discuss about it with your treating doctor.

I will also recommend you follow certain dietary and life style changes. They include cutting down the amount of food you take. In other words, instead of regular 3 meals a day, try 6 small meals. Avoid eating to the brink. Avoid spices and too oily food. Restrict caffeinated drinks and beverages. If you smoke, restrict smoking.
Besides these dietary change, I also suggest you start exercises if you are not doing it already.

You can wait for 3-4 months with these changes and medications. If symptoms don't improve, you should consult a gastroenterologist and plan for further investigations which will include liver function test, ultrasound scan and endoscopy.

I hope nasal congestion (running nose) has stopped. It may be related to your digestion complaints. Therefore if it hasn't improved you should consider consulting ENT surgeon as indicated.

Hope I have provided a comprehensive details about your condition and its treatment. Let me know if you have any enquiries.

Regards
