Brief Answer:
Not due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The nausea that she is having is due to the side effect of the pill. It is a high dose hormonal pill that can cause nausea, headache and irregular vaginal bleeding. It is right now too early to have any symptoms of pregnancy.
Since she took the pill within 12 hours, the chances of pregnancy are less than 5%. It is not necessary to have a bleeding after I-pill. Her next period may be delayed by a few days due to the effect of the pill.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Not worrisome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain in the abdomen can be due to impending periods. The periods are delayed due to the side effect of I-pill. It is best to wait for a week for her periods and take an antispasmodic like Drotikind-M thrice a day after meals for the pain.
Hope my answer is helpful.
