Brief Answer:
what's your current dosage??

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you haven't mentioned the current dosage... The dosage for acute otitis media is 1gr three times daily. Alternative regimens include amoxicillin-clavulanic 875/125 twice daily, cefprozil 500mg twice daily or levofloxacin 750mg once daily.

If the diagnosis is certain, then you should take one of the aforementioned drugs. If you can't tolerate it then you should discuss with your doctor about the alternatives. Neither reducing the dosage nor stopping it altogether are good options.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
