What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Along With Sore Throat After Unprotected Sex?

Question : Ok im really concerned, my symptoms began about the 2nd week of July almost immediately after i had unprotected vaginal & oral sex. The symptoms included; nausea & dizziness. A few days later i had a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck & a sore throat. Then the weird part is that it's been 4 months after & I've had 4 different sexual partners since then & all of them have had the same symptoms right after intercourse. Its been 4 months & i now get vertigo, blurry vision, nausea, sore throat, itchy vagina & anus, headache, lower abdominal pain, some discharge & foul odor. Oh & i did have a canker sore on my inner mouth. What could this be? I have an appointment in 2 days although i must admit I'm pretty nervous & praying it's not anything serious like hiv or hepatitis c. I would like medical advice please.

The symptoms like sore throat ,neck lymph nodes can be due to any simple respiratory infection due to respiratory contact with any individual.
The other symptoms like anal vaginal itch can be due to fungal infection or any irritation or else.
Canker sores can be due to stress or vitamin deficiencies.
All symptoms are non specific and may not be related HIV or hepatitis.
You have to get tested for HIV, hepatitis B& C other STDs to relieve your anxiety as there is history of multiple partners.
You can get back for any clarification with details and clear photos of lesions if any.

That's a little relieving. I forgot to mention that 1 of the sexual partners confessed that he had hepatitis c. My question is what std causes immediate reaction after sexual contact for the symptoms of severe nausea & vertigo? All 4 partners had that effect immediately after sex.

There is no specific symptoms like nausea etc related to any STDs.The symptoms of nausea vertigo can be due to gastritis or gerd also.
Hepatitis C is usually transmitted by blood and blood products, rarely through sexual route.
