Brief Answer:
No worries, common side effect of hydromorphone use

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Hydromorphone is an opioid pain killer. Nausea and dizziness are common side effects related to its use.

Nothing worrisome. If it was the first time you took it, report this side effect to your doctor to change to another medication.

All the best!
