Brief Answer:
Check the blood sugar.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would recommend to check the blood sugar ( it is the only way to verify the cause of your actual symptoms) and if it under 70 it is considered hypoglycemia and 15 sugar is recommended. The symptoms improve within minutes usually.
If it over 250 mg/dl you should check the ketones at urine.
If they are positive they cause nausea and headache.
If you describe the actual treatment of Diabetes i would inform if they cause hypoglycemia or not.

Wish you goid health,
Dr. Mirjeta
