What Causes Nausea And Shaking Of Hands During Pregnancy?

Question: I am nearly 6 weeks pregnant. Up until about 30 mins ago, I had no symptoms at all, but i suddenly started feeling nauseaous, weak and I have shaky hands. Could this be the start of 'morning' sickness?
