                                    Brief Answer:
a probiotic will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
Azithromycin is usually advised as once daily for three days, but you should follow the dose and instructions mentioned by your doctor who has clinically examined you. Your symptoms are induced by the antibiotic. I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief from nausea. A probiotic along with Vitamin B supplement will have added benefits. Drink lots of water daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
