Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 5 year old daughter and understood the concerns.
To recapitulate: Female/5 years - pain on waking up in the morning - nausea with vomiting - coughing and vomiting during brushing - does not want to eat food in the morning - complains of pain in the abdomen and not ready for the meal too -
problem in passing stool in the morning - wants to know the best medicine for cure.
Since your daughter is only 5 years old and has such a problem as you have mentioned she needs first a proper diagnosis.
This can be done by the following:
Clinical evaluation by a Pediatric Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
This will give a probable diagnosis and a plan for proper management.
If there is constipation or hard stools, she may need a pediatric enema and mild laxative - the dosages as per the weight and need of the patient.
May also need a medicine for worms and infection if the stool report shows so.
The cause of the morning pain, vomiting and being not interested in the food for fear of pain in abdomen needs a very proper evaluation.
There can be appendicitis or lymph node enlargement or some congenital intestinal problems being manifested now.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Discuss about Domperidone with your Pediatrician.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Nice to know that some of the tests have been done and proper management already being done.
Syrup Aristozyme may help to an extent.
I hope Domperidone has been tried by your Pediatrician, please discuss and give the medications with proper prescription and dosages as per the weight of the child as advised by the Pediatrician.
Please give some details:
Since when is this problem present?
Is the weight of the child normal for her age?
Have the family noticed some intolerance to a particular food, additives, beverages, milk or milk products, ice creams etc?
Are there any days where she has no symptoms at all and that some days she has more symptoms?
Any relation to any particular incidence like going to school, study, play, relation with the family members that increase her symptoms?
Any other information that you can add - a detailed history is very important.
It is always better to take a second opinion of a Pediatric Surgeon and/or Gastroenterologist.
There has to be a reason that needs to be found out.
I hope this further helps you.
Awaiting for detailed history as asked for.

Thanks for your feedback.
Since there is new development of foul smelling and loose/watery stool please consult your Pediatrician for clinical review, tests of stool and proper management as per the findings.
Stop all the milk and milk products to see the effectiveness in a long term.
