Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer disease is possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

You seem to have long standing gastric issues. At the outset the symptoms are likely towards peptic ulcer disease with subacute obstruction.

Early morning vomiting is a bad sign accompanied with blood. You should be anemia by now with electrolyte imbalance. Before other complications set in I suggest to get an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy as quickly as possible.

Please let me know if I am not clear.
This is almost an urgent situation you are in.
