Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be cause by several factors including peptic ulcer, stones in bile ducts, bowels obstruction, baceterial infection of gastrointestinal tract.
It does not have to be viral infection, especially that it lasts too long.
If you have any constipation, bloating, gas obstruction, bowels obstruction is the reason.
If you have any upper middle abdominal pain, peptic ulcer can be the reason.
If you have pain similar to gallstones (upper right radiating to the back), stones in bile ducts can be the reason.

I suggest you to do not wait any longer. Please visit your doctor and have abdominal ultrasound, abdominal X-ray and blood work at first.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
