Brief Answer:
TIA unlikely

Detailed Answer:
I read a question carefully and I understand your concern.

I do not think a TIA is likely to be the cause of the symptoms. The pain in the arm is a strong argument against it. TIA or stroke in general do not cause pain in the limbs, if anything usually it is the contrary, numbness and reduced sensation in the limbs (so it applies similarly to tingling). Nausea is not typical for TIA either. So I do not think it was a case of TIA.

It is hard to identify the cause since the symptoms are gone and without physical exam. May have been a neck issue which may manifest with pain radiating in the arm. Acute pain may cause a vagal reaction with nausea, light-headedness, tingling etc. But again hard to say based only on that, just a hypothesis.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
