Question : I returned from Peru 3 days ago and now I have nausea, diarrhea and tiredness. I drank only bottled water and thought I was careful with foods. Could it be an inner ear problem from flying? Is there something I can do to get this under control soon?

Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query .

Well looking into your problem I think you are having diarrhoea and nausea due to change in food or minor tummy upset like travelers diarhea. It does not seem related to your air travel.

I think you should have probiotics or simply you can have curd in your diet. For nausea you can take domperidone, it will help you combat it. If diarrhoea becomes more troublesome you can take loperamide for the same. You should also take ORS or gatorade for dehydration.
