Question : Hi. My period was early this month and only lasted two n half days super light which isn't normal for me. I been tired alot nausea dizzy nose bleed and pain in lower stomach into pelvic area .

I understand your concern. First of all I recommend you do a home pregnancy test. If negative, I wouldn’t give it another thought, unless it happens again on the next cycle. In that case I recommend you do an ultrasound and see a gynecologist.
