Question : I am a type 1 diabetic have terrible nausea and vomiting. this happens every 4 to 5 weeks and it only happens in the evening. most times with a low grade fever. I only vomiting once then feel better. I have low blood pressure with dizziness especially after exercise. have had ultrasound of abdomen, endoscopy and blood tests everything thing normal. have a small hiatal hernia. Gastroparesis has been ruled out.

I would suggest that you check the sugars at the time of such symptoms.
Both hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia can result in the symptoms.
Therefore, it's essential that you check sugars.
Monitoring sugars 3 times a day would be better.
