Brief Answer:
I will need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have read the query and understand the concern.
Nausea during bowel movement might be due to sympathetic stimulus or could be related to acute gastritis. If nauseating sensation occured occasionally then you do not need to worry. Be assured, it will subsided automatically.
However sometimes it can also be due to smell or particular diet or stress which might induce nausea during bowel movement.
As you are taking laxatives, I would like to know regarding history of constipation (if there).
Hope this answer will be helpful. If there any specific cause then you can ask me about further clarification.
