Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the query, my opinion is as follows:.
1. Nausea with or without stool movements, is commonly related to excessive sympathetic stimulus.
2. Gastritis commonly causes it.
3. As there were two episodes and four months apart, any common cause like smell, previous diet, stress, or disturbed sleep could induce nausea. Try to look into history, is possible.
4. If there is repeat episode, it requires correlation with above details.
Was antacids previously prescribed taken for long time? It could have suppressed symptoms.
Try to correlate with any specific cause, if any and do get back.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
