What Causes Nausea, Fever And Headache?

Question: I thought I just had a virus but am now worried. Nausea lasted a week, fever and headache, a few days. Was feeling fine, now have another headache, and elevated temp. Again

My temp. Right now is 100.2..I've had increased joint pain, no coughing, or watery stools. Increased fatigue also.

Hi,

The low grade fever and no other symptom makes this more likely to be a viral disease. I will recommend that you take Tylenol: 1000mg every 8hours for at least 24hours before stopping. Should anything else come up, kindly keep me updated for review and more insights.
