Brief Answer:
Acute gastritis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely acute gastritis.Bleeding can be from overstraining but if more bleeding is there you should approach ER.In such case i advise proton pump inhibitors like pantoperazole and anti emetic ondansetron. You should also replace fluid and electrolytes by taking ORS.If there is no improvement and continuous vomiting then i advise intravenous administration of ondansetron , pantoperazole and fluid.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
