Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation if symptoms persist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. As fas as hot flashes are concerned , these could be normal post menopausal response, as women have been reported to get it even in their seventies. Or it could be some other hormonal imbalance like low bone mineral density or some acute infective process. Nausea and vomiting with it makes it likely a gastrointestinal / stomach flu or some systemic illness like UTI etc. We need to find focus on infections first, a small amount of work up would be wise.

SYmptomatic treatment for nausea and vomiting and rehydration to prevent fainting would be necessary. More fluids, rest and wait and see. If the symptoms persist then get to your doctor for further evaluation. Take some antivert, and use some calcium supplements and vitamin D and see if it helps.
