Please specify if you have any health issues like hypertension, diabetes or liver diseases. Are you using any drugs; are there any relevant investigations done like ultrasound abdomen or endoscopy.

I do not have any of the specified diseases. Bowel movements are normal. I use no drugs with the exception of 20 mg prescribed Prozac. There have been no tests as there is no accompanied pain. I'm well past menopause, have not drunk alcohol in a decade and consider myself healthy with the exception of COPD. I am simply plagued with nausea that comes and goes all day.

hi I have gone through your history.
As you are using antacids for quite some time i would suggest that you use anti nausea drugs like domperidone which is available over the counter for few days.
If you do not see adequate response within 2 weeks then i would recommend you to consult your physician and get yourself investigated with tests like ultrasound abdomen and endoscopy.
It is mandatory that some routine blood investigations like blood sugars s.creatinine and liver function test are done to exclude variuos causes that can result in nausea.
