Question : I'm experiencing nausea, stomach bloating with pain when I eat. Yesterday I had a little diahria too. This is the 4th day I've been experiencing these symptoms.

Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by a peptic ulcer or gallstones. Gallstones pain usually appears on the upper righ abdomen and can radiate to the back.
Peptic ulcer pain is in the upper middle abdomen and does not radiate.

I suggest you to have blood work and abdominal ultrasound done at first. Gastroscopy should be considered.
