Cannot eat solids or more than a cup or so of soup. Most telling is the nausea is far worse on being upright ....it is debillitating..my internest wont see me for three weeks...he found a lesion on my pancreas 6 weeks agp with ultrasound says he thinks its just a cyst. I hate to start over with another doc but I feel like I am dying...what can it be?

Brief Answer:
Worrying symptoms, better to change doctors, consult gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.com.

I have read through your query and understand your problems.

Persistent nausea, vomiting and severe unintended weight loss are quite serious signs and symptoms particularly with your history of a pancreatic lesion and stroke.

In my honest opinion, your doctor is not doing you justice by ignoring your symptoms and not seeing you or referring you to a gastroenterologist and ideally a neurologist and oncologist as well.

The pancreatic lesion/tumor is quite significant given your symptoms of weight loss and persistent vomiting and nausea.

You would do well to change your doctor and start over, get all your medical reports and file to the new doctor and directly consult a gastroenterologist, neurologist as well as an oncologist at the earliest.

I hope this answers your query for now, please do write back if you have doubts.

Best wishes
