What Causes Nausea When Laying On Right Side?

Question : I have almost immediate nausea if I lie on my right side. It continues for an hour or so even after I stand. The right side of my abdomen seems swollen and the nausea is again immediate if I press on it. Any ideas?

Such kind of symptoms are seen in 2 conditions:
1. Acid reflux.
2. Gall bladder issues.
So, I would recommend you an Ultrasound Abdomen to rule our gall bladder issues. Meanwhile you can start with a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
Take soft and bland diet.
In case of Acute pain, Syrup Digene and Tablet Drotaverine helps till you get medical help.
