I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your pain is likely to be muscular pain. You can get your vitamin D level as vitamin D deficiency is important cause of such pains. If vitamin D level are found low then you can take supplements of vitamin D3. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. multivitamins and trace elements supplements can be helpful.
I would like to know whether your movements of shoulder joint are normal to rule out frozen shoulder.
