Brief Answer:
Suggestive of myalgia and muscle tension

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. First of all, I would like to reassure you that these are not suggestive of any serious disease.

The most likely cause is myalgia (muscle pains) and muscle tension headaches. Stress can aggravate these conditions.

We also need to exclude vitamin B12 and D deficiency, which can be done by simple blood tests.

As of now, medications such as Pregabalin and Prothiaden would help.

Exercises and physiotherapy would also help. I sincerely recommend anger management and stress relieving therapy. Please seek some professional advise to tackle them. Your symptoms will definitely not recur.

I still recommend a local physician to prescribe you the above medicines and get the above tests and show it to him.

Best wishes,
