Hello Mark,

I am wondering if you might have an infection that is causing the headache, neck pain and muscle weakness. Can you provide me with some additional information:

1. Do you have a fever, chills, or any other symptoms? (Can you check your temperature with a thermometer for me please?)

2. Do you have any history of having headaches like this?

3. Does it hurt, if you are lying on your back, to bend your head forward (i.e. chin to chest) or to draw your legs up?

4. How severe is the headache and neck pain (I am assuming you mean back of the neck hurts, right?)
