Question : I have severe neck pain, tight neck, tingling in my face, hands, feet, & blurry vision, what do you think it could be?

What would help severe neck pain?

Thanks for your query.

Just by the symptoms, I can think of cervical spine problems like spondylosis which can explain all of the symptoms.

The tingling sensation can be explained by nerve compression in the spinal canal.

For this kind of pain we prescribe paracetamol and if required ibuprofen often.

An orthopedic or spine surgery consult followed by x-ray or MRI can help in getting the diagnosis.
