Brief Answer:
Duloxetine could improve symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Neuropathy means nerves damage and disfunction (peripheral nerves) by several causes ( diabetes, alcohol use, side effects of drugs, certain poison substances, vitamin B12 low levels, entrapment syndromes etc.

Best treatment about neuropathy is to treat, or control the cause ( diabetes eg.)

One drug used to treat neuropathy symptoms and doesn't interfere with Parkinson's is Duloxetine ( Cymbalta) an antidepressant group drug.

So, first you need to discuss with your primary care Doctor about appropriate tests to find the cause of neuropathy.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
